Part 24 "Omin Mesa Saga the Telling"

    Shang tells Golu that he had better find a way to leave soon.

    Golu tells Shang that Erty must be looking for them but he could only pick them up in a month at the soonest.

    Shang says that a month is unacceptable but, after a short plea from Golu, Shang makes him an offer.

    Shang tells Golu that if he can defeat Lumin in a fight then he'll open up his entire planet for commerce and residences to the universe knowing that Lumin can't lose.

    Golu agrees to the terms. Lumin, who was there but invisible the whole time, becomes visible again. Except for Vega, Golu's group is shocked to know he was watching them.

    Golu and Lumin fight across the planet, neither of them holding back. They both put all their power and will into the fight.

    Lumin, seeming to gain the upper hand in the fight, talks to Golu to get him to accept defeat. Golu refuses and makes a promise to win, even if it means that Lumin dies.

    Lumin laughs at Golu but Golu manages to deliver and, overpowering Lumin in an energy beam struggle, kills him.

    Having believed that he has won the fight and the challenge, Golu bows to the lifeless Lumin in a moment of silence.

    While Golu bows, Lumin's body stands back up. To Golu's amazement, Lumin explains the situation and how death is not his defeat.

    Lumin further tells Golu to prepare for a second round of fighting but Golu has no more fight left in him.

    Lumin offers Golu a medicine that will recover his body and energy to full in seconds.

    Vega tells Golu to take it, so Golu takes the medicine. Golu then continues his fight with Lumin but this time, the fight is clearly uneven. Lumin's power has doubled.

    In the fight, Golu asks Lumin why he is being subject to Shang. Lumin explains his defeat but Golu interjects, saying that Lumin's current power is higher than Shang's.

    Lumin realizes that Golu is correct. He admits defeat to Golu and their fight comes to an end. Golu thanks Lumin and Lumin leaves to kill Shang.

    Lumin furiously flies to Shang and fights him to the death, quickly winning and destroying Shang's vessel.
