The Council explain to Jake Lumin what his full potential is and what the limits are that they have decided to set in place. Lumin is then sent on his first mission to stop or distract and evil force trying to find where the Council reside. Lumin unfortunately underestimates the abilities of his opposition and dies.
Lumin's unresting soul is saved by his powers and it finds its way into a new body that he takes over. Lumin then plants trees all over the universe near worthy body candidates. These trees will transfer his soul into one of those bodies upon his death.
Lumin seeks out and finds the group that killed him before but they overpower him again and he falls in battle once more.
While Lumin's soul wait for a new body, the creature, Ra Mafesto, travels to this universe to enslave it but they are immediately sent to Hexal's Dead World. Around this time, Gororo is locked away as stone. Its soul is split in 7 parts and trapped within 7 sacred symbols, designed to grand the wielder a portion of Gororo's power, crafted by the Geek known as Piggy.
Lumin takes the bodies of many more, bringing all of their souls with him every time, in order to find and defeat his now greatest rivals. After dying in his attempts many more times, he realizes that each new body has been weaker than the last. Lumin uses his powers to ensure a new revival path is available to him. With just a few more tries, with his body salvageable, he's finally able to defeat and kill his opponents.
Bishedo takes an apprentice of time control. They start their work on a time machine. Gaumut of Rose Order gets word of the machine and the apprentice, Chronic, is tasked with taking down her organization.
A period of time pass without word of what has become of Lumin. His parents, Trans and Fay, have another child at the request of the Council. They name him Jake, the same as their first child. Jake and Alex Ko spend time training together.
Shang develops a way to steal the power and energy of someone. He uses this method to steal Sanford's strength so that he can rule the universe. At the same time, Jake hears Sanford call out so he rushes to see him but trips into a tree. Lumin's soul enters his body. Jake and Alex meet up and find out what Shang has done. They set out to stop him from leaving Tataya. They fail but Musay is able to awaken the Alfred to kill Shang but it also banishes Jake.
A Belthan, a highly intelligent Bull-Lizard creature, crosses over from another universe to this one. He senses the power levels present and hides himself to study more.
In Jake's banishment, he encounters the Belthan and dies. The Smith brothers awaken their true powers but it sends them into comas. In one of Lumin's lives, he meets a Masen by the name of Tayo and they become good friends.
The Mashens realize their mystic powers. One named Apacoight, forms the group known as The 20 Titans, comprising of the 20 strongest Mashens he could find. The other Mashens begin the slaughter of their females in hopes of being the last of their kind.
The Wilderbeast opposes Sir George and forms his own army. He recruits a scientist that spent time with the Sentient Robot. The scientist, Dok, build 4 new sentient robots.
The War between the Pokotos and the Kaytons, for the planet of Tiefay, only leaves a single Kayton survivor. The planet is left uninhabitable by the war. The Kayton, Dorm, is granted immortality by the Council to preserve the last of his kind.
Lumin uses the body of an evil man named Berik Lumim, who has a brother named John. DeiFon seeks revenge on Berik and ends up killing Lumin while he inhabits the body.
A Mashen, by the name of Froster, kills the last female Mashen after she gives birth. He's unable to kill the last Mashen baby so he curses it instead and kills the one who placed the curse.
