Between the unknown times 20,000 years after the cataclysm and 15,000,000,000 years, the following, according to Sanford, took place.
Helium and Hydrogen start to form and attract each other. Gravitational forces build. Heavier elements begin to form.
A higher power creates life forms made solely of each element with the ability to control their element across the universe. They are given rule over the fates of every living thing that will be birthed in the new universe. They call themselves The Council.
Stars are formed quickly with the assistance of The Council and Planets are formed around those stars.
A planet is formed near Sanford and he names it, Mesa and its moon is named Livering. Sanford lands on an island on Mesa. He calls the land, Tataya, a word meaning "life" in the language he made with his friends. Sanford manages to deactivate the shield around him so he can explore the island.
The planets of the universe grow and finish forming. The Council meet with Sanford and grant him the power of King over electricity.
The life force of Sanford, that was spread throughout the universe, influences the progression of proteins in new life forms. Their evolution is hastened by The Council.
Sanford hears the cries of a baby on the island of Tataya. He investigates the noise and discovers a small child in the tall grass. He names the child, Trans, a word in his language that means "Appearing" and taken from the Latin word meaning "across, over, beyond". The child is granted the power of the Lightning Prince.
Sanford finds other children on the island and calls them all, Tatayans. He becomes the adoptive father of the entire race of Tatayans. He gives them all names. Fay, Shang, Christala, Coloco, Anvi, Hexfire, Wizardist, Musay, Solar, Ezekiel, Haily, Psy-factor, Tanyo, Melos, Dice, Karamus, Hiluo, Wingo, Yaboatay, Dragnakayo, and Keiomis. Sanford teaches the Tatayans everything he knows.
The moon of Mesa, Livering, begins to form life very similar to that of Sanford and the Tatayans. The Tatayans form a society and relationships among themselves. Some time later, other planets, farther away, start to form life of their own similar to Sanford. The planets farthest away form life but the similarities are diluted and few.
Close to the end of the unknown span of time, the dominate forms of life on each planet are establish. Sanford names them: Liverings, Pokotos, Kaytons, Kayoans, Starshifters, Greehas, Broenis, Humans, Alfred, Shade, Geek, Elves, Pwals, and Mashens. Apart from these being, the creature Gororo is born. The Alfred of Tataya goes into a deep sleep.
The Tatayans, while growing up, develop advanced technology and improve Dr. Lumin's device to use it as a shield that will protect the entire island of Tataya. The races of the rest of the universe reach a point where they create their own culture, law, order, ideas, war, and rule.
