Dark Souls Spoiler Free Guide "Path F"

Probably the most natural approach to the game even if you don't know you're doing it.

This path will be following the journey of Fatima. She's a Heretic Pyromacer from the Great Swamp. Her goal is to link the First Flame and continue the Age of Fire.

She has become Undead and accepted the Dark Sign to travel to Lordran.

Having been rounded up and brought to the Undead Asylum, with a little help, it's time to escape and continue the pilgrimage.

At Firelink Shrine, there are some lowly characters to talk to and some scraps to pick up.

While it may be possible to journey through the Graveyard into the Catacombs at this point, the monsters that reside within will prove a great challenge for now.

Traveling to the Undead Burg will give a proper warm up and introduction to the rest of the land.

Having been lead into the Undead Parish where a friend can be found next to a great enemy, the approach to the First Bell is in sight.

There are branching paths to go from here but the Darkroot Garden is nearby and it has a few items that will be needed for the future. This place will be visited again later to vanquish multiple other foes.

At this point, the Catacombs are not as much as a threat and can be tackled. There are some friends and a gift to find that will be of much help.

The Tomb of Giants at the end of the Catacombs will have to be visited later with the right equipment.

Some may travel back to the Undead Asylum now and you're welcome to do so. Though there is an item there that can prove useful, it's not a very obvious area.

There is another Undead area known as the Lower Undead Burg. The key to this section was likely acquired in the Parish and will have a key to the next section, The Depths.

The next key, pulled from the clutches of a beast, opens the gates to Blighttown. Surviving to the bottom, found beyond the muck, is the Second Bell and a lovely horror.

With the two bells rung, the gate forward has opened.

Being back in Firelink Shrine to recover and discover, this is also the second opportunity and probably the best to take the detour back to the Undead Asylum.

A true test of what has been learned is at hand. Sen's Fortress will make or break as it has many times before. If successful, a trip past the great wall to Anor Londo is the prize.

Within Anor Londo can be found The Painted World of Ariamis, a mystical space set alone. Anor Londo holds many secrets but this one can not hide.

The new task that has been given leads to the beings that hold the Lord Souls. The first of these will be in the Demon Ruins. Here will be found lost friends, lost children, and Lost Isalith.

Back in Darkroot Garden there is a Princess that needs saving, the first step to gaining access to their homeland.

Seen in the distance of Anor Londo is The Duke's Archive. A master of sorceries might seek the knowledge held within, the Chosen Undead seeks another Lord Soul.

The dark is little to fear now and the Tomb of Giants past the Catacombs will be subdued to obtain another Lord Soul. There is much pain here.

Remembering the trouble of a princess, perhaps there is more to learn by returning to where she was once held captive. Oolacile will be saved, Dusk will be at peace, and allies will be made.

Venturing into Darkroot Garden for the last time to pay respects to fallen adversaries and old saints, a trial of Heart awaits that must be overcome.

Not gravity nor darkness will will deter the chosen. What's held in New Londo will fear the storm that follows the Undead, if it has the capacity. Here will be the last Lord Soul needed.

With the Lord Vessel satisfied, the jail that has sealed away the Kiln of the First Flame is open. Here, the previous lord will be succeeded and the First Flame will be linked.
